# Developer Setup Notes
- Install Python 3.9, NodeJS, VSCode
- copy import wheels from ConceptCore to rsconcept\backend\import
- run rsconcept\backend\LocalEnvSetup.ps1
- run 'npm install' in rsconcept\frontend
- use VSCode configs in root folder to start developement
